Our Story
Louisville is booming — and nobody was doing mailbox work with any real dedication to quality or service. So we fixed that.
We install, build custom, replace, and remove mailboxes across the the Louisville metro. We show up when we say we will, we do it right the first time, and we don't leave until you're happy. Simple as that.
That obsession with showing up on time, doing clean work, and treating customers right isn't new for us — it's the exact same standard that built one of Louisville's most-loved service companies. We just brought it to a corner of the city that badly needed it.

Walter Hindman
Co-Founder
Walter is a home-service entrepreneur who believes small jobs deserve the same professionalism as big projects. After building JunkDrop into Nashville's top-rated junk removal company, with more than 650 five-star reviews, he co-founded Mailbox Bros to bring that same dependable experience to mailbox installation.
For the Louisville location, Walter focuses on the systems behind the service: clear pricing, simple scheduling, responsive communication, and a consistent standard for every installation. His role is to make sure the customer experience stays organized from the initial request to the completed project.
He supports the Louisville team with the tools and processes needed to deliver clean workmanship, reliable service, and mailboxes that complement the homes and neighborhoods they serve.
Zach Hyde
Co-Founder
Born and raised in Butte County, Zach felt it was important to bring a Mailbox Bros location back home to the community that raised him. After years of construction experience and now working in tech, he’s one of the three Mailbox Bros combining hands-on skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail on every project.
John
Team Member
John is from Clarksville, Tennessee, and attends Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). He also plays baseball, bringing a team-first spirit to life on and off the field.
At Mailbox Bros, John is part of the team helping homeowners give their curb a fresh look with friendly, dependable service.
